PURE FORM
The basic version of the all-year residential module in a closed developer condition, with all essential installations, designed to be transported and assembled according to producer’s instructions on one’s own, enabling the buyer to install lighting, heating, kitchen and bathroom fittings, home appliances and furniture as needed.
The version of the all-year residential module, turnkey furnished, with transport, assembly and connection to all media, on the area prepared according to the producer’s guidelines. All floors are ready, lighting, water heater and electric heating plates are installed, along with bathroom equipment – such as shower cabin, sink, flush-mounted toilet bowl – and kitchen accessories – worktop with a sink and a hot plate. This module is to be furnished and equipped with home appliances by the buyer.

Additionally, the bathroom, the kitchen and the day room are fully equipped, including decorative elements: curtain rods, curtains, carpet, standing lamps, bedspreads and pillows, and all home appliances, namely: washing machine, oven, hood, fridge, coffee pod machine, wireless kettle, microwave oven as well as bathroom and kitchen accessories. The interiors and the equipment attest to the inimitable Scandinavian design.
