The HUS7 Z type of the HUSCUBE residential module is an all-year, single floor, detached and fully equipped residential space in which 2-3 persons can live comfortably. This module is composed of three rooms: a comfortable day room with a terrace exit, a separate kitchenette, a well-lit two-person bedroom with a large glazing and a bathroom. The HUS7 Z module is made through a simple installation of an additional module by the owners of a HUS7.
Total external size of the module: width 700 cm, length 1100 cm, height 345 cm, total area of 52.50 m2.
The load-bearing structure of walls, the roof and the floor are made of seasoned pine or spruce beams and cladding of internal and external wooden finishing panels, insulated with mineral wool with the heat transmission coefficient U (W/m2*K) = 0.15-0.20
The residential module has an electrical installation with all securities, water and sewage system, DHW and electric heating by means of heating panels.
Equipment and furniture are installed at the production stage in three available options: PURE FORM, COMFORT, FUN&STYLE

The HUS10 Z type of the HUSCUBE residential module is an all-year, single floor, detached and fully equipped residential space in which 3-4 persons can live comfortably. This module is composed of three rooms and is available in two options: a comfortable day room with a terrace exit, a separate kitchenette, two bedrooms for 1 or 2 persons, depending on the arrangement, and a bathroom with integrated or separate toilet. The HUS10 Z module is made by a simple installation of an additional module by the owners of a HUS10.
Total external size of the module: width 700 cm, length 1300 cm, height 345 cm, total area of 70.00 m2.

The L-letter arrangement allows for an atrium composition, with the terrace surrounded by the façades of the module. The HUS7 L module is made by a simple installation of an additional module by the owners of a HUS7.

The HUS10 L type of the HUSCUBE residential module is an all-year, single floor, detached and fully equipped residential space in which 3-4 persons can live comfortably. The module function consists of five rooms: a comfortable living room with exit to the terrace, kitchen, two single or double bedrooms depending on the arrangement and bathroom. The L layout gives a possibility to arrange a terrace with large floor space and in atrial construction – enclosed by corner sidings of the module. The HUS10 L module is made by a simple installation of an additional module by the owners of a HUS10.
